RFID monitors your WIP throughout your premises using fixed reader portals, fork lift readers and hand held readers to deliver real time WIP tracking. The RFID system monitors WIP by serialized unit automatically without any attendant labor. Additionally, workers can be tagged so that their presence in a work cell can be allocated to the WIP, thereby improving cost accounting techniques for allocating production labor.

The Vega Reader

The Vega reader is built around our award winning, high performance M5e UHF RFID module. The Vega reader meets the harsh environmental operating standards required for use in trucks and automobiles (In Vehicle Reader model), and is ideal for deployment in a wide variety of indoor and outdoor applications. A version is available to support applications which call for the maximum permissible output power allowed by EU regulations. The Vega reader utilizes a local personal computer (not included) to provide command and control via its RS-232 serial interface.

The USB Plus+ RFID Reader

The USB Plus+ RFID Reader is a low cost platform for developing and deploying interactive read/write applications. Driven by ThingMagic's Mercury 5e-Compact UHF RFID reader module, the USB Plus+ is controlled and powered by a host PC or laptop through a USB interface and is compatible with ThingMagic’s application development tools, permitting rapid creation of RFID solutions. How does the Visitor Management System work?
Much of ICIL success in providing this service to the customers has been due to the solution named Receivable Management and Debt Collection Solution. It is an online application that takes each cases through each stage of the debt collection as follows
  • Step 1:       If Visitor carries his NIC, system can scan and save the information using Bar Code reader.
  • Step 2:      Enroll the user’s fingerprint/RFID card for granting access to floors, rooms areas where access control devices are installed. Using the VMS Digital Building plan mapping, allow visitors to access the portion of building for which he requires right. Give access by period.
  • Period Visit:       After gauging the result of the call the caller can then forward the case to an Field Investigation Officer (FIO).
  • Step 3:      If devices are installed at all control areas, identify and locate the visitor by searching his last logged entry into an area. Reports and Analysis: The VMS simplifies full reporting and auditing of visitor activities and stores your reports in a secure database. You can instantly display photos of all visitors in your building. You can also sort your reports by visitor type, visitor name, visit date, etc. You can create your own customized reports easily with just a few keystrokes

IP Door Bell

IP Door Bell is a latest innovation in Smart home security system which allows a house owner or any authorized person to be alerted when a visitor comes and rings a bell. As opposed to the traditional mechanism of having to go to specific location in the house where the receiver of the Intercom is installed, via this solution any person with a smart phone will be alerted who can then video chat with the visitor and then unlock the gate/door.
